Attorney Amy N. Azza focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning and estate administration, trusts, probate, and elder law. With a welcoming hand, Attorney Azza counsels her clients in crafting and executing a plan that is right for them, their families, and businesses. With her twenty plus years of experience and sound judgment, Ms. Azza provides her clients with peace of mind by making the process of finalizing their health care proxies, durable power of attorneys, wills, and trusts as streamlined as possible all while ensuring that their objectives are realized.
Ms. Azza earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of the Holy Cross in 1997, graduating magna cum laude with honors from Phi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honor society. Ms. Azza earned her Juris Doctor with cum laude distinction from Suffolk University Law School in 2000.
Ms. Azza is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts (2000) and New Hampshire (2010). She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts (2010) and New Hampshire (2010).
Ms. Azza has strong ties to the larger Franklin community having grown up in Franklin. She currently serves as the Director of the Greater Franklin Distinguished Young Women Program and additionally provides mentoring and interview and public speaking training to high school students. She is an avid Patriots fan and spends her free time attending her children’s sporting events.
